Thanks to Jeremy for passing this one.
Total volume of music files on my computer:
In iTunes, 14.3 gig. Elsewhere, about another 5 gig.
The last CD I bought was:
I am Kloot – Gods and Monsters. Unless you count the ones I “borrowed” from other people on the uni network. Technically I downloaded it from iTunes, but it counts. The last proper CD was probably the soundtrack to Starlight Express.
Song playing right now:
Five songs I listen to a lot, or that mean a lot to me:
- New York Minute by Don Henley and the Eagles.
- Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley (not the poppy Rufus Wainwright cover).
- I Don’t Like Mondays by Tori Amos – ‘cos I don’t.
- Ne Me Quitte Pas by the one and only Jacques Brel.
- Flying for Me by John Denver.
Five people to whom I’m passing the musical baton:
Hmm, five people with blogs who haven’t already been passed the baton…
- David
- Tom
- Claire
- Bob (but he’s very busy at the moment)
- Anyone else? You can answer in the comments here, if you don’t have your own blog.
(Incidentally, the doodle is by Drew. Cheers, Drew)
This is all Dafyd’s Fault…the Music Baton!
So, someone sent this to Dafyd…who then happily passed it on (as you tend to do with batons!) Forgive me if some answers are short, i’ve just returned from a shopping trip to Tesco (Durham’s biggest and only!) with Laura….
Cool stuff – you a West Wing fan by any chance?
Strange you should say that, Rob…
But actually, I knew and liked the Jeff Buckley and Don Healey songs before they were on the West Wing.
Nice collection.
